Short-Term RV Stays (Nightly or Weekly Guests)
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund, minus a $15 processing fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total stay, minus a $15 processing fee.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only, in accordance with our payment provider’s security policies.
Long-Term RV Stays (Monthly Guests)
- Long-term renters who provide the required two (2) weeks’ notice may receive a prorated refund for unused days based on their actual departure date.
- The security deposit will be refunded if the site is left clean, free of damage, and in good condition, subject to inspection.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only, in line with our fraud-prevention and community safety measures.
ALL REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A $15 PROCESSING FEE AND WILL BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS.
