We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate our guests while maintaining fairness to all campers. Please review our cancellation terms below:
Short-Term RV Stays (Nightly or Weekly Guests)
- Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total stay.
- No-shows will not receive a refund.
- Reservation changes are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments.
Long-Term RV Stays (Monthly Guests)
- Long-term campers must provide a minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice prior to departure or cancellation.
- Guests who cancel or leave early are responsible for paying the prorated amount for the days spent in the campground.
- The security deposit will be forfeited in the event of early departure or insufficient notice.
